Thank you Wash Man! The manager went over and beyond in my opinion. I wasn’t trying to make it a big deal, but he made it happen to get the interior was that I wanted even with how swamped they were. It’s not always possible to make it happen which I understand, but I’m super thankful. The staff also very helpful and great communication all around. Will be using their service a lot more often ! Prices are pretty good too!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this car wash! Bobby is so kind and very professional! The customer service here is amazing! After going through the dryer, the employees still hand dry your car to prevent any water marks ! Highly recommend this place! Best in town for your car wash needs!

I saved, I paid off debt, I never thought I’d get the car of my dreams. When I did, I knew it would be hard to keep up with our weather. I’ve been to all the other car washes in town and Washman is the best and it’s not even close. Specifically the Commercial St SE location. The other Washmans are a solid 4 stars, very decent. But this location is 6 stars for real. Joey is the man. He typically works day shift and he’s friendly and a true professional. He’s always trying to find you a deal to come back. I also love their Unlimited membership which I use most of the year. This will be my third year renewing my membership. You can stop your membership when you need. This place is so gentle on my car and the polish is perfect every time. Great customer service, excellent value and a true pro level of quality.

We love Washman’s! We brought my Corolla in for detailing before selling it, and they did such an incredible job that we briefly considered keeping it—our car felt brand new 😆 I recently took my husband’s truck in and had the exact same experience. The team is friendly, thorough, and communicates so well throughout the process. They truly go above and beyond. Another bonus is their comfortable waiting area—it’s a great spot to get a little work done or relax with a book while your vehicle is being taken care of. We’re also big fans of the monthly Washman’s Club. It’s such a great value and makes it easy to swing by after work, tidy up the car, and keep it looking its best. Overall, a great experience every time—we’re so thankful to have a place like this!

The more I have thought about this, the more I kick myself for NOT saying anything. I was pretty disappointed with my "superior interior" service today. I didn't get a choice in fragrance, I didn't get a towel dry, hell, there's still quite a bit of bug debris left on the front end of my car. Then, after I got home and was able to inspect it a little more, they didn't clean my windows all the way, they missed wiping down spots on my dash (visible cause it wasn't shiny as other places) the didn't clean the visor mirrors, and it looks like about half way through, they just kind of half assed it. They do make you "inspect" it & inital before you drive off. I felt rushed and like I said, I should have said something and am kicking myself for doing so. Probability of me returning is slim to none.
